Kiyomizudera, Universal Studios

Rushed back to Kyoto early morning to visit the Kiyomizudera temple (清水寺). It's a 15 min walk up slope after the bus ride.

The scenery is amazing. Not suprisingly, it was packed with tourists. Something not seen back in SG, there are a lot of students around as well. You can also find them at Disneyland and Universal Studios. Seemed like excursions and such.

Here at Kiyomizudera, you can find many pretty Japanese wearing kimonos.

We also spotted a few geishas!

Afternoon was spent at Universal Studios. Reached at 4 p.m.

They do have great 3-D shows. The Spiderman 3-D show was really realistic. It's as if you are in the situation itself. They also have live actors who formed part of the 3-D shows. One is the Terminator 3D. That is a blast!

It's a pity the park closed at 7 p.m. We did get to try out most of the attractions. Again, it's because it's a weekday.

Then we are off to Dotonbori. Had a hard time looking for this street from JR Namba Station. We knew we found it when we saw that big crab. Had our fill of sushi and sashimi for dinner here.
